The Illinois native's solo debut album Heart To Yours sold 203,000 copies.

She accepted a proposal from pastor and life coach Chad Johnson, 40, in March.

Michelle shared a photo of her stunning diamond engagement ring - which looks to be over five carats - with the caption: 'On March 21, 2018, the love of my life @chadjohnson77 proposed and I said “Yesssssssss.....I will, I will, I will!!!”'

The two met one year ago at a spiritual retreat in Arizona run by Johnson. 'The day after we got engaged, Chad was like, "Okay, we gotta pick the wedding date! We gotta do all this stuff!"' she told People.

Johnson added, 'She was like, "Can we just revel in the moment, relish the feeling?"'

He added: ‘And I’m like, "Let’s go, let’s go!" It’s gonna be … think James Bond-meets-Midsummer Night’s Dream — with a little hood in it [laughs].
