Cosying up to one another, the couple - who have been married for seven years - looked more loved-up than ever on the outing.
Keeping her figure under wraps, Luisana donned a grey hooded jumper and skinny jeans, whilst she wrapped a plaid shirt around her waist.
Meanwhile, Michael opted for a low-key look in a black bomber jacket and jeans.

The outing comes after Luisana's brother seemingly confirmed she is expecting her third child with Michael.
Dario Lopilato, 37, was on a TV show in his native Argentina when a journalist quizzed him on whether it had been difficult for Luisana to decide to become a mum again, after her eldest son Noah's cancer battle.
Argentinian media are describing Dario's response as a 'subtle confirmation' that a new baby is on its way - lacking only the couple's official confirmation.

The comments came after an Argentinian news website run by Laura Ufbal, who first broke the bombshell pregnancy story, claimed actress Luisana's mum and dad had confirmed the news.
It quoted Betty Lopilato admitting: 'It was a surprise', while Argentinian glossy magazine Caras claimed: 'Totally confirmed. Luisana Lopilato is pregnant.'
MailOnline has contacted representatives for Michael. The couple have yet to comment on the pregnancy claims, which have been echoed across the Spanish-speaking world.
The pair have recently thrown themselves back into work after pausing their careers when eldest son Noah was diagnosed with cancer.
The couple were told the diagnosis in November 2016 by a Los Angeles hospital after medics in Argentina said they thought the youngster with mumps.
Noah had chemotherapy and an operation before his parents revealed in a Facebook statement last February: 'We are so grateful to report that our son Noah has been progressing well during his treatment and the doctors are very optimistic about the future for our little boy.'
Noah is said to have been treated for liver cancer, although the actress and her husband have never confirmed what type of cancer he was diagnosed with.
