Kendall Jenner's $250,000 black Ferrari was parked in a disabled spot outside a sushi restaurant in Bel-Air on Monday.
The 22-year-old, who earned $22 million last year, was seen getting into the luxury vehicle which was taking up a space designated for the handicapped.
A sign near by states there is a $250 fine for those who violate the rule.
However, a spokesperson for Kendall insists the reality TV star turned model wasn't responsible.
The representative told DailyMail.com on Tuesday: 'The valet parked Kendall’s car in the handicap spot. Kendall ran and jumped in the car when she saw the paparazzi instead of waiting for valet to bring her car to her.'

Kendall was carrying the keys for the high-end vehicle in one hand on a key ring that featured the brand's signature prancing horse.
She donned an all-brown ensemble that highlighted her toned and slender midsection.
