The grandson of big time mob boss John Gotti has been arrested for allegedly running an illegal scrapyard.

Carmine Gotti Agnello Jr, 32, was arraigned Wednesday night for crushing cars without a license and falsifying business records.

The former Growing Up Gotti star, who was featured on the reality show with his two brothers more than 10 years ago, owns LSM Auto Parts and Recycling in Richmond Hill, Queens, New York.

After being released without bond, Agnello 'admitted knowing that the business was unregistered and that his tow trucks bring in most of the cars which get scrapped', according to court documents.

Between February 14 and April 5, court documents state that the business crushed about 400 vehicles without a license to do so.

He had not had a license since December 2016 and did apply for a new license on June 4, however he withdrew his application a few weeks later, according to the The Daily News.

Agnello is the grandson of John 'Teflon Don' Gotti. He is the son of Carmine Sr and Victoria Gotti, one of the Dapper Don's two daughters.

He appears to be keeping up with the illegal family businesses, as his father served seven years in federal prison for racketeering and was arrested for also running a stolen car scrap metal scam in Cleveland.

Agnello is due back in court on September 25, 2018.
