Don Cheadle turns $900k beach shack into architectural marvel and flips it for $2.4 million

His newest movie just broke box office records.

But it seems like Don Cheadle (AKA War Machine) turned a pretty penny of his own after flipping his Marina del Rey home with a profit of $1.5 million.

The 53-year-old Avengers star recently fixed up a crib near Venice, California, and turned it into a multimillion dollar marvel.

Cheadle bought his Marina del Rey property back in 2014 for less than $900k, per TMZ.

At the time, the property was just a tiny 800 sq. ft. bungalow not far from the Pacific Ocean.

After only four years, the home almost tripled in value, thanks in part to the amount of work The Guard star and his wife, Bridgid Coulter, put into it.
