Lucy Hale was spotted at the gym on Wednesday in Los Angeles.

The 29-year-old actress sported a grey tank top and skin-tight leggings for her mid-day workout.

Hale carried her belongings in a large black backpack and drank from a stainless steel tumbler.

The Pretty Little Liars star, who was makeup free, let her short brown locks flow freely as she walked through the parking lot.

Lucy accessorized with a gold choker, round sunglasses, and a few handmade friendship bracelets.

Along with her backpack, Hale carried a tan crossbody purse.

For Lucy, exercise is just one of the ways she stays fit.

'Self-care can be so many different things,' she said in an interview with StyleCaster. 'Obviously, physically taking care of yourself, but I think mentally and emotionally is equally as important.'

Hale added: 'I am a huge fan of exercise. I genuinely enjoy it. Not just because of the physical aspects, but it's my therapy in a way.'

Lucy has been busily promoting three recently released movies: The Unicorn, Truth or Dare, and the Netflix original Dude.

However, in May, her CW TV series Life Sentence was cancelled after one season.

'Just got the sad news that Life Sentence will not be coming back for a second season,' Hale said on Instagram at the time. 'I’m a little shell shocked right now, but I feel fortunate that we got to tell a really beautiful story.

'Life sentence was a show that a lot of us needed and I am beyond grateful for those who gave our show a chance.'
