Dr. Alex confessed in the Beach Hut: 'A part of you is worried the newbie might go with your girl. It always seems to happen when things are running smooth and just slightly going well. I don't know what can I say, it's just so frustrating some times.'

The doctor then confided in his fellow Islanders as they watched Ellie giggling while she sat with the newcomer.

Dr. Alex added: 'She's rolling about laughing. How can you read that any different? Watch this. She's got her hands over him.'

Adam played it down: 'Mate, just chill man.' He admitted in the Beach Hut: 'He's over thinking things.'

She said: 'The kiss was actually really sweet. I feel good about Alex. He's such a sweet boy. He's such a sweet boy.

He told him: 'It's out of the way now. Lunges or not, it may hopefully come to less lunging.'

Aside, Alex admitted: 'I do see potential, she's a really nice girl, I think I genuinely care for her.'
