Hello everyone -
Flem and I have news to share.
If you have not already heard, we have decided to sell the Aycock Crews House.
Due to family obligations, we cannot maintain the business.
While this decision saddens us, it is the right thing to do.
This is a beautiful late 1870s early 1880s home.
Three bedroom, 3 bath, parlor, dining room, large enclosed sun porch, country kitchen, laundry/pantry and elevator.
There is one bedroom downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs.
Large front and back porches, 3 car garage + storage.
Mature trees. 1+ acres.
This house did not flood during the major flooding events of 2016 and 2017.
We are leaving the web page: AycockCrews.com
Facebook page: Aycock Crews House Bed & Breakfast
up and running until we settle the property.
That way people can take a look at the property online.
We will be having an estate sale to sell the furnishings.
The estate sale will be announced when the sale of the house is final.
If you have interest in the twenty, 72” round tables and 300+ white folding chairs, contact me ASAP.
Please share this information.
Someone you know may be interested in a historic property.
It is a beautiful piece of early Texas history.
Tours are by appointment.
