Title: DO NOT MEDDLE WITH ALMOST THE ENTIRE CONSTITUTION.

 

PREAMBLE:       Do not meddle whatsoever with the language. 

Article One:       Do not meddle whatsoever with the language.  

 

Article Two:       Do not meddle whatsoever with the language.   

Article Three:      Do not meddle whatsoever with the language.

Article Four:        Do not meddle whatsoever with the language.

Article Five:         Do not meddle whatsoever with the language.

Article Six:          Do not meddle whatsoever with the language.

Article Seven:      Taxation of specific services should be allowed by the people.  Make this ballot issue to stand on its own and learn if the people are so willing.   

And Section Six should increase the amount for widows and widowers.  

Article Ten, Section 28 should include an annual appropriation with an inflation factor.  The dollar figure should at least be $50 million per year.   $100 million would be even a better figure.   Otherwise leave the rest of Section 28 alone.
