Scarlett Johansson is set to star in the upcoming movie Rub & Tug.

The 33-year-old actress will play Jean Marie Gill—a Pittsburgh woman who ran a prostitution empire in the 1970s and 80s.

Production of the true-life massage parlor drama is slated to begin in February 2019.

The movie will be directed by Rupert Sanders, whom Scarlett worked with on the 2017 film Ghost In The Shell.

Rub & Tug has been allotted a $30 million dollar budget, according to Deadline.

Johansson will be a co-producer on the project.

Back in the 1970s, the prostitution game was dominated by men.

So, in order to succeed, Jean Marie Gill assumed the identity of a man—Dante 'Tex' Gill.

Jean was able to run a slew of 'happy ending' massage parlors until she was indicted for tax evasion in 1984.

Her reign in Pittsburgh's sex and steroid business ended when she was sentenced to seven years in a federal prison.
