Amanda Seyfried shows off her flawless makeup-free complexion as she steps off a plane in Washington DC

Just a few days ago, she stated her husband, Thomas Sadoski, had missed out on a role because he had supported actress Jessica Walter after she was verbally abused.

But Amanda Seyfried was all smiles as she stepped off a plane in Washington DC on Sunday.

The 32-year-old actress cut a casual figure while heading out of the airport and into the nation's capital.

The Mamma Mia! star donned blue jeans that were frayed on the bottoms and a white shirt on top.

It was a cool morning in the District and Amanda kept warm with a cozy black pea coat.

She left her long blonde tresses free to tumble across her chest in relaxed waves, and had a smile on her face.

A pair of black boots added to her winter-ready look as she pulled along her blue rolling bag.

The Fathers and Daughters star looked fresh faced and appeared to be make-up free.

Her DC trip comes after she claimed on Tuesday that her husband Thomas Sadoski, 42, had missed out on an acting role after he supported Arrested Development star, Jessica Walter.

Earlier in the year, the 77-year-old veteran actress confessed that she had been 'verbally harassed' on set of Arrested Development by her co-star Jeffrey Tambor.

Alongside the photo of Sadoski and Walter together, Amanda wrote: 'Here’s a somewhat recent post from my husband who, in return for standing beside a bad*** woman who’d recently been bullied, recently lost out on a job because of this.'

'I’d rather speak up and lose out. Integrity, ladies and gentlemen.・・・' she added.

The Mean Girls star didn't expand on what the job was that her husband missed out on.
