Initial home consultation – At the initial consultation we will discuss your requirements and decide upon the best option for you based on your needs, desires and budget. Once you have decide upon the best option for you, you will be given the opportunity to browse our samples of kitchen doors at your leisure while we take the necessary measurements to enable us to give a full and accurate quotation.

Replacement Kitchen Doors

Order Placement – Once you have decided to place your order with us then the second part of the process will depend on the option that you have chosen. If you have chosen to proceed with a kitchen refurbishment then a second consultation is not normally required as we will usually have all the necessary information to proceed. If a complete new kitchen or bedroom is the chosen option then a second home consultation is generally required to enable us to double check measurements and finalise the smaller details to ensure a smooth and trouble free installation.

Payment – Once you have decided to place your order with us then the first payment will be required for us to place the order and give the customer a firm date for the install to begin. The first payment due is 50% of the total order value and the remainder is payable on the day of completion. All goods and services remain the property of Perkins and Son until the balance has been paid in full.

Installation – The installation will begin on the pre – arranged date and all of the works will be carried out by our skilled tradesmen. Perkins and Son has a team of fully qualified electricians, gas installers, plasterers, tilers and of course kitchen installers. Our aim is always to complete the job on time and to the highest possible standard.
