'Hello, sheila!' Jason Momoa sends TV audience into hysterics as he attempts an Australian accent while promoting his new film Aquaman
He travelled to Queensland earlier this year to film scenes for Aquaman.
And it seems Jason Momoa, 39, has picked up a decent Australian accent over the past few months.
During an appearance on The Project on Wednesday, the Game of Thrones star had the audience in stitches with his acting chops.
After a commercial break, he put on his best Aussie accent and said: 'Hello, sheila! How's it goin'? Hello, hello.'
Jason was based on the Gold Coast while filming Aquaman, but he also spent time exploring other parts of Australia.
'I spent a lot of time down in Adelaide,' he said, slipping back into his fake accent.

In his impression, Jason perfectly emulated the Australian habit of adding an upward inflection at the end of sentences.
The habit of making a statement sound like a question is known as 'uptalk'.
Jason plays a half-human underwater King of Atlantis in Aquaman.
