The mogul's short Manhattan Criminal Court appearance turned into a face-off on Thursday with a number of actresses waiting to stare down the disgraced executive in the courtroom.
'The court finds that there is no basis for the defendant's claim of prosecutorial or law enforcement misconduct in the proceedings, or pervasive falsity in and around the Grand Jury presentation,' read the judge's ruling.
'Moreover there is no basis in law that the conduct of law enforcement must be imputed to the prosecutor. '

The actress had on a yellow coat over a maroon top that nicely matched her loafers. Her slacks were a dark color that matched her purse and fun cap.
