Jennifer Garner enjoyed an afternoon lunch date in Brentwood with her son Samuel, while her beau John Miller was seen having a business meeting in Beverly Hills.
Garner, 46, looked very happy, smiling for the camera while walking with her six year old son on Monday afternoon.
Miller, 40, wasn't spotted with Garner, but there have been reports that the pair are rekindling their romance after the holiday break.

Garner was seen wearing a pink and grey striped sweater with black skinny jeans and black boots with a grey coat.
Her son Samuel was wearing a white collard shirt, black pants, black shoes and a reversible coat that's both dark blue and bright orange.

Garner started casually dating Miller, the CEO of CaliGroup, back in April, and there were reports in October that things were getting 'serious' between them.
However, there were also reports in December that the couple was starting to slow things down, though conflicting reports just days later claimed they were 'very much in love.'
The couple celebrated the holidays with their respective families, but now they're reportedly back together.

A new report from Radar Online claims that Garner has gained so much confidence while dating miller, that she decided to 'back down' on plastic surgery.
'It’s an open secret Jen didn’t enjoy the aging process,' claimed an insider. 'Especially with Ben Affleck‘s roving eye, and all the hot young things she’s been surrounded by in Hollywood.'
Garner has reportedly turned to Botox to keep her 'youthful appeal,' but her beau Miller reportedly, 'loves her natural looks and she feels sexier and more confident being herself and less affected,' added the insider.
