The actress, 54, stunned in an elegant shoulderless pastel blue silk dress with a ruffled neckline and a fishtail train.

The French actress spoke about how imperative discussing feminism is at the event in Paris, as she urged men to speak up in light of the #MeToo movement. 

While accepting her speech, she turned talk to feminism when she said: 'I think it's important that feminism is being talked about and respected but what I'm surprised about is that men don't speak very much about it.
