Luann de Lesseps is 'not complying' with terms of her probation to prove her sobriety after drunken arrest

Real Housewives star Luann de Lesseps is not complying with the terms of her probation, according to TMZ on Saturday.

The 53-year-old reality television star - who was arrested in December 2017 in Florida after she is said to have 'attacked' a police officer in a drunken rage - has failed to prove she's attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, reports the website.

She is required to attend two AA meetings a week and take random sobriety tests, but the Probation Officer says she hasn't been doing this, according to legal documents.

The star - who lost her Countess title when she married Tom D’Agostino Jr. for 8 months from December 2016 - has been under supervision for six months, and is also supposed to complete community service but has only done half of her required time.

Her arrest was on charges of disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest, battery of an officer, and making threats against a public servant, before being charged with a third-degree felony and entering an alcohol treatment program in January 2018.

In July last year, she settled the arrest when she agreed to plead guilty to the misdemeanor charges of battery, disorderly intoxication, and trespassing.

In exchange, the violence charge was dropped while she was issued a felony charge for resisting an officer before she agreed to 50 hours of community service, attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, and vowed to stop drinking for a year.

So far she has completed 25 hours of community service, according to the tabloid.

Luann isn't being punished yet but has been warned to comply with the conditions.

Further adding to her dramas last year, she was also slapped with a lawsuit by her son Noel, his sister Victoria, and ex-husband Alexandre de Lesseps when she failed to create a trust for the kids that would entitle them to the $3.1million estate in Sag Harbor as part of her 2009 divorce settlement.

The family was reportedly worried she would resell the home for profit and purchase another home in upstate New York.
