Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels! David Beckham plays country gent as he dons flat cap and wellies for a day of partridge shooting on pal Guy Ritchie's picturesque estate in green, rural Wiltshire
He's one of England's most famous footballers, who has also enjoyed the distinction of being one of the sports world's few fashion icons, while his pal is the ex-husband of a pop superstar who rubs shoulders with movie stars.
But on Saturday, David Beckham, 41, slipped away from the glamour he has long been accustomed to in favour of the country life, as he joined Guy Ritchie, 48, on his Salisbury, Wiltshire, estate for a day of partridge shooting.
And, given his style credentials, the former England captain looked every inch the country gent as he donned a green gilet with a baker boy cap and wellies during their fun-filled, rural adventure.

Big shot: David Beckham enjoyed a day of pheasant shooting on pal Guy Ritchie's Salisbury, Wiltshire, estate on Saturday
As one of the world’s most photographed men, even dressing for muddy dog-walking comes at a price – with David's outfit costing more than £1,000.
Wearing a long-sleeved taupe polo shirt over a crisp gingham shirt with an army green tie, the retired footballer opted for perfectly-tailored trousers that fell seamlessly into his wellies.
With a trendy beard framing his handsome face, the husband of singer-turned-designer Victoria Beckham pulled an attached green gilet out of his wax jacket to keep the autumnal chill at bay as he took to the green pastures.

Give it some welly like David in boots by Le Chameau
David Beckham looked very dapper indeed for his weekend in the countryside.
When going green, there are one or two essentials, like a Land Rover and a Barbour jacket. But when it comes to wellington boots, it just has to be Le Chameau!
Taylor Swift, Kate Moss and none other than the Duchess of Cambridge have all been spotted wearing the brand's sturdy waterproof boots, which have been around since 1927. We love the distinctive logo on the front, as well as the zip fastening and classic khaki colour.
As well as being a staple for festivals, you never know when you’ll need a good pair of rain boots right about now thanks to the British weather. And these in particular are perfect for puddle splashing! Click (right) to buy them now at Harrods.
Alternatively, Joules, Hunter and Barbour have all got great options to keep your toes cosy! Check them out in our edit below.

No slouch! Showing that he's also no slouch in the style department, Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels director Guy threw a brown padded gilet over a spearmint green sweater, which he teamed with beige trousers

Brown wellies added a touch of country ruggedness to his look, while a grey baker boy cap – from London's Lock & Co – and carefully twisted yellow scarf gave his ensemble a touch of panache.
Father-of-four David arrived at the four-hour shoot in his gleaming black Bentley, only to switch to a muddy Land Rover Defender, which he shared with Guy and a gamekeeper.
Rugged ride: David jumped into the passenger seat of a muddy Land Rover Defender, which he shared with driver Guy
Switch: The rugged vehicle was a marked switch for David, who arrived in a £200,000 chauffeur-driven Bentley Mulsanne
Lap of luxury: Despite riding in the Land Rover, sportsman David apparently couldn't bear to leave his luxury vehicle behind
New friend: During David's day out, a hunting dog caught his eye, and he quickly leaned down to give the pooch a friendly pat
Joining a large group of well-heeled friends on the shoot, the pair jumped into the robust sports utility vehicle to navigate the winding, isolated roads.
But, a source tells MailOnline, the £200,000 chauffeur-driven Bentley Mulsanne followed the shooting party deep into the woods, possibly a show that the star couldn't bear to leave is luxury car behind.
In one image, David is seen bending down to pat a hunting dog on the head as it stared gleefully back up at the football ace adoringly, almost as though it's aware of its new pal's superstar status.
Keeping the chill at bay: The husband of singer-turned-designer Victoria Beckham pulled an attached green gilet out of his wax jacket to keep the autumnal chill at bay as he took to the green pastures
Easy does it! While pheasant shooting was the focus of the day, the star was sure to take good care of his fine threads
Fancy footwear: When he wasn't wearing his trusty pair of wellies, David looked even more dapper in a pair of brown brogues

The result: One of the shooters was seen clutching shot partridges as their day out in the rolling hills drew to a close
As would be expected, word soon spread among excited locals that they had celebrities visiting their picture postcard rural setting.
A postman who spotted the pair said: 'I can't believe I just saw David Beckham,' while another onlooker remarked on the former sportsman's sense of style, cooing: 'He must be Britain's best-dressed man.'
And, despite their wealth, the pair showed that they can still appreciate the simple things in life. After the shoot, David and Guy shared an outdoor terrace table where they downed a bottle of £9.99 Waitrose red wine.

Low cost: While they are worth hundreds of millions between them, the pals later enjoyed a bottle of £9.99 Waitrose red wine
Style icon: As well as being a celebrated footballer, David has long been regarded as an enduring international style icon
Chilling out: The multi-millionaire pals enjoyed a long chat as they chilled out together following their day of hunting
Busy weekend: David and Guy enjoyed quite the busy weekend on the rural estate as they welcomed the new autumn season
The pair enjoyed a country weekend with a barbecue prepared by Argentine chef Francis Mallman.
David even posted a video online after he crept into the centre of a giant caged wood fire they were using to cook dinner, much to the amusement of the Snatch director.
With their matching baker boy caps from London’s Lock & Co – said to be the world’s oldest hat-maker – costing almost £300, their country chic appearance may seem a tad out of touch.
But with a combined worth of around £300million, the friends are in no need to shop on a budget.
He's on fire! David shared a video of himself climbing into a fire pit, much to the amusement of the Snatch director
What you got cooking? Celebrity chef Francis Mallmann posted this picture of himself with Guy and David on Instagram
He must be having a laugh! Londoner David was shown larking around on the estate owned by his best mate Guy
Grateful: After enjoying his day out, he took to Instagram to write, 'Thank you to Mr Francis Mallmann for an unforgettable and never done before BBQ ... Also to Mr Ritchie for always being the graceful host... Lovely day in the country'
