Petrochemical industry services

According to the surface to be treated and the use of the equipment involved, CMI Services offers a wide range of techniques and procédures.

  • Cleaning by ultrasound consists of propagating high frequency sound in order to eliminate superficial impurities deposited on all types of support (metal or plastic parts). A generator produces high frequency electric energy which the transducer transforms by propagating across a liquid cleaning solution, leading to the formation of thousands of microscopic bubbles which are the basis of molecular level cleaning.
  • Fluidized bed cleaning consists of thermolysis of organic deposits present on metallic parts. It is carried out on a sand bed in suspension via a rising air flow. This proven technology is the most suitable for eliminating polymer-type deposits (polyethylene, propylene, polystyrene, polyamide) mostly produced by the petrochemicals industry.
