Kourtney Kardashian says hello to Paris Hilton's parents after getting a facial in Beverly Hills

Kourtney Kardashian spent the day in Beverly Hills on Friday, getting a facial and then heading to meet up with Paris Hilton's parents Kathy and Richard Hilton.

The reality TV star chatted with the socialites, while Kathy looked stressed out.

Before going on their separate ways, the mother of three hugged Richard goodbye in her tight, see through yoga leggings.

In what appeared to be a strange meet up between Kourtney and the Hiltons in a parking garage, the bombshell wore a green crew neck sweater paired with sheer black leggings.

Her brunette hair was down as she chatted with Kathy, who donned a fancy cheetah fur vest with an all black outfit.

Paris's mom talked vehemently to Kourt who popped a hip and put her hands on her waist while they chatted.

It's not known what the ladies were discussing, but Kathy for one was captured looking serious.

Then as Kourtney hugged Richard goodbye, Kathy put her hand to her face in a stressed out posture.

Richard, on the other hand, was smiling as he said farewell to the eldest of the KarJenner sisters.

To start the day, Kourtney first made her way to a spa in Los Angeles to get a facial.

As she waited for the elevator, she shielded her face.

The beauty wore sneakers with her hair up, prepping for the treatment.

Being previously linked to the Hiltons, Kourtney's younger sister, Kim Kardashian, 38, used to be the assistant to Paris, 38, before making it big herself.

These two high profile families had been friends since the girls were young and Kim eventually started making appearances on Paris's reality show, The Simple Life, helping her get her overflowing closet in order.

Then in 2008, their famed friendship came halting to a stop.

Today, the women are back on good terms and clearly, based on Kourtney's meet up, the families are still in touch.

In fact, Kathy just celebrated her 60th birthday this week at Mr. Chow restaurant, also in Beverly Hills, with Kris Jenner, 63, by her side.

The party was filled with dozens of other A-Listers also celebrating the mom.

Woman of the hour: Kathy looked in high spirits for the event, wearing a multi-coloured sequined top with black trousers and a matching silk cardigan
