Leader in the design, assembly and supply of gun-turret systems for the entire range of 25 to 120 mm calibres, CMI Defense aims to position itself on the VBAE project (VBAE, Véhicule Blindé d’Aide à l’Engagement, Armored Vehicle of Assistance to Engagement), which is part of the Scorpion program launched by France. In this context, CMI Defense wishes to collaborate with innovative French companies.

Innovation is indeed at the heart of the concerns of CMI Defence. This is why the company organized an Industry Day on March 20 in Metz. CMI teams met with more than 30 French companies in the industrial base and defense technologies (BITD) in fields as varied as electronics, optronics, image processing, robotics, etc.

CMI Defence intends to establish privileged contacts with these high-tech companies in order to set up partnerships if the proposed equipment and services meet its requirements.

The next day, CMI Defense took part in the Agora Innovation Défense, also organized in Metz by the CESER Grand-Est and the Innovation Defense Agency. A member of GICAT, CMI Defence is an economic player in the Greater East of France and was a partner of the event.
