Victory against Chinese copycat car brands: Jaguar Land Rover wins landmark case against Jiangling Motor Corp for selling a model that's almost identical to its Range Rover Evoque

The British firm said Beijing Chaoyang District Court had decreed that the Range Rover Evoque (blue) had five unique features copied in a model called the Landwind X7 (red), built by the Jiangling Motor Corp. As a result, all sales, manufacturing and marketing of the Landwind vehicle are to cease immediately and JLR must also be financially compensated. JLR said it was the first Chinese legal case of its kind to support a foreign company in the car industry.

A 1978 Ford Fiesta NEVER driven on the road to be sold at H&H auction
