The 27-year-old Instagram model showcased her taut tummy in a black halter top for her sunny day out in the Big Apple.

Her latest outing comes after the model furiously defended under-fire husband Sebastian Bear-McClard, 38, amid claims he is living rent free in an upmarket New York apartment thanks to a legal loophole.

The independent film producer, who married Ratajkowski in 2018, has been accused of using a 'loophole meant to protect struggling artists' to avoid paying rent, according to The New York Post.
But taking to Twitter on Monday evening, an unrepentant Ratajkowski insisted her husband is 'fighting the good fight' by not paying the $5,000 per-month demanded for their loft conversion in trendy upper-class neighborhood Noho.

'People thinking he’s rich is real nice but not based in fact,' she wrote. 'He was raised in the neighborhood he lives in now, both of his parents are artists who were priced out of their homes in downtown New York.'
She added: 'I moved in [with] him a year ago. I’m proud he’s fighting the good fight against a real estate conglomerate that bought the building he lives in for 40 million and has continued to spread misinformation on its tenants in order to profit.
'NYC has changed so much and it’s a shame that people who work in creative fields are being moved out of the city.'

In August last year, Emily shared she looks after her fabulous model-honed body after she did some growing up in her late twenties.
The model admitted she no longer guzzles an entire pizza or Mexican food and she always makes sure she washes her face before going to bed.
She told Byrdie: 'I talk about this all the time: I think when you’re 20, you feel like, why do people make such a fuss about self-care? And then, you know, I became a grown-up and realised, okay, you can’t just be exhausted all the time.
'It’s not even ageing so much as it’s just maturity. I used to not wash my face before I would go to bed, which now is just so shocking to me. I don’t care how tired I am. I go wash my face.
'And then there’s just not stuffing my face anymore. I used to be the type of person who’d get Mexican food and then an entire pizza and be like, oh whatever.'
