What has happened to Pixie Geldof’s pout, prettily illustrated below? The model didn’t look herself as she stepped out for a spot of shopping in Los Angeles – the home of cosmetic surgery – last week.

Maybe Pixie, 28, just over-did it on the red lipstick, or perhaps she went for something a little more permanent in preparation for this weekend’s Coachella music festival in nearby Palm Springs…

I hear Meghan Markle is to get some extra help with her baby – courtesy of mum.

Doria Ragland, 62, will jet in from LA and stay at Harry and Meghan’s new home, Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, before the birth later this month and will stay for a few weeks.

‘Doria will be in the UK in time for the birth and plans to stay for a few weeks to help out with the baby,’ my source informs me.
