Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge theme park attraction will bring back iconic characters like Yoda, Josh Gad reveals at Star Wars Celebration
Star Wars Celebration continues in Chicago this weekend, Saturday's slate of panels kicked off with a glimpse at the highly-anticipated Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge theme park attraction.
Slated to open at Disneyland in Anaheim, California on May 31, and at Disney World in Orlando, Florida August 31, Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge will bring back several iconic Star Wars characters.
The one-hour panel, hosted by Josh Gad (courtesy of Star Wars Twitter) confirmed that Star Wars characters Rey (Daisy Ridley), Finn (John Boyega), Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac) and Kylo Ren (Adam Driver).

These characters will be featured in one of the primary attractions at Galaxy's Edge, a ride known as Rise of the Resistance, where guests will be 'captured' by the First Order and go on a mission to escape.
Scott Trowbridge, the Creative Executive for Walt Disney Imagineering, was asked directly by Gad if fans will see Kylo, Rey, Finn or Poe, and he confirmed by smiling and nodding.

It was also confirmed by another panelist, Chris Beatty, the Executive Creative Director for Disney Imagineering, that Frank Oz will return to voice Yoda.
And Jim Cummings will return to voice Hondo Ohnaka, the character he voiced in Star Wars Rebels.
Paul Reubens will return to lend his voice to DJ Rex, which he voiced on the original Star Tours attraction.

'We're gonna give you the opportunity not just to fly the Millennium Falcon, but to become the flight crew,' Trowbridge said.
'To take those controls for yourself, and to take the fastest ship in the galaxy on a truly interactive mission,' Trowbridge added.

There will also be a new Cantina, which will feature an, 'all new droid band,' with brand new music.
Fans will get to consume glasses of Butterbeer or even a glass of blue or green milk.
It was also revealed during the panel that fans will also get to build their very own lightsaber in Savi's workshop.
