Leonardo DiCaprio maintains a low-key appearance as he takes a walk around NYC's Upper East Side

He's one of the most famous actors in the world.

And Leonardo DiCaprio tried to keep a low profile Thursday, opting for his usual uniform of jeans and a hoodie during a walk around the Upper East Side of Manhattan, New York.

Utilizing his usual strategy, the star flipped his hood up and wore a baseball cap to help him stay incognito.

Leo's look was simple enough, consisting of a grey hoodie and blue jeans with classic white sneakers.

He made the most of his time during the outing, taking out his phone and catching up on texts as he stepped along.

A light rain fell during the Titanic actor's walk, prompting him to hurry inside.

Leo is gearing up for the release of his sure-to-be blockbuster Once Upon A Time In Hollywood.

Fellow producer Shannon McIntosh chimed in, continuing: 'It's about the loss of innocence that came about in 1969 with the Manson family...

'It's the three classes of Hollywood,' said Heyman. 'There's the high Hollywood of Sharon (Tate, played by Margot Robbie), the declining star of Rick (DiCaprio), and there's Cliff (Brad Pitt), who lives farther out and with more humble means.'

Once Upon A Time In Hollywood boasts a star-studded cast, also featuring the likes of Al Pacino, Dakota Fanning, late actor Luke Perry, Kurt Russell, Lena Dunham, Timothy Olyphant, Rumer Willis and more.

The film is slated for a July 26 release.
