Mannequin star Kim looked typically glamorous in a patent leather jacket worn over a matching t-shirt, which hugged her slender midriff.

Emphasising her trim waist, she teamed this with a pair of high-waisted skinny jeans paired with a gold adorned belt.

She completed the ensemble with leather stiletto shoes and a quilted leather handbag.

Her blonde tresses were pulled back into a tousled ponytail while a swipe of mascara and rose gloss accentuated her youthful visage.

According to HBO, the feature 'weaves together archival footage, music, comedy and dance performances, and behind-the-scenes verité with the team that makes the theater run.'

There are also interviews with recording artists Patti LaBelle, Pharrell Williams, Smokey Robinson, and others.

Kim rose to worldwide fame as PR guru/man-eater Samantha Jones on Sex And The City - which ran for six series and two films.

Dailymail.com reported in September that Kim was the reason Sex And The City 3 had been 'torpedoed' due to her 'diva demands', while the rest of the cast; Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis had all signed on eager to move on with production.

'It's over … we're not doing it, I'm disappointed,' Parker said days later, before later saying Kim had been the reason for the film's axe.

'We had this beautiful, funny, heartbreaking, joyful, very relatable script and story. It's not just disappointing that we don’t get to tell the story and have that experience, but more so for that audience that has been so vocal in wanting another movie.'

The next month Cattrall sat down with Piers Morgan and revealed she had a 'toxic relationship' with the other stars, denied she had ever wanted to do a third movie  and said Parker 'could have been nicer' about the situation.
