The actress used Instagram to post this photograph of herself sitting on a pile of tyres at Spanners With Manners.
She wrote: ‘Great anecdote [sic] to the stresses of this modern world, doing a bit of hard graft! Got myself an apprenticeship at my mate’s garage.’
The garage said she had done ‘a great first day’, while Frost, 53, said she was ‘surrounded by my favourite things – women, cups of tea and a bit of grease’.
