Usher has sold his sensational Atlanta property for a cool $775,000.
According to TMZ, the singer, who has sold his third house in less than a year, purchased the abode in June of 2007 for $970,000 and initially put it on the market a year and a half ago with listing agent, Mychal Jaymes.
The property sits in the northwest part of Atlanta and boasts 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom spanning 2,908 square foot house.

The stunning property features simple interiors throughout, with a neutral colour scheme for the bathrooms.
A chic blue is chosen as the colour for the bedrooms, where there are bed bunks, presumably used by his sons Naviyd, 10, and Usher, 11.
The house also features an incredible rooftop deck to take in the sights of Atlanta on long hot sunny days.
Proving to be the hotspot destination, the house is also minutes away from the Mercedes-Benz Stadium where the Atlanta Falcons play.

In a 2003 episode of How I'm Living, the U Remind Me hitmaker revealed he'd dreamed of owning the Alpharetta home ever since he first saw it at 13-years-old, before purchasing it seven years later.

Meanwhile, at the beginning of the year a suspect was reportedly arrested after burgling Usher's $4.2million home in March 2018 and taking $800k worth of property.
The mansion was equipped with security cameras, but the culprit stole the tape from inside the camera too.
The home was listed in March last year after Usher and his wife Grace Miguel announced they were separating.
