Although Katie Holmes has raised her daughter Suri primarily in New York City, they’re spending more time in California these days so Katie can be closer to boyfriend Jamie Foxx.

The 40-year-old and her 13-year-old daughter with Tom Cruise are living in the Calabasas home that the actress purchased in 2014 - just 20 miles from Jamie's eco-friendly Hidden Valley mansion.

Katie's elite neighborhood is known for being home to celebrities including Drake and the Kardashians, and Katie spent $3.795 million on her six-bedroom, European inspired mansion.

These DailyMail.com aerial shots show that Katie has not made too many changes to the property in the years since she bought it, keeping the large pool and fire pit in tact.

Having finally gone public with their romance in 2017 after years of dating in secret, the couple are still going strong and Jamie's Hidden Valley mansion has become their main base while Katie's home is conveniently down the road.

A large rabbit hutch has been added to the grounds of Katie's home on its own patch of lawn. It includes a big silver cage with a little house at one end, giving Suri’s pet bunny a space to sleep as well as plenty of room to run around in the sunshine.

The aerial snapshots also show Katie’s outdoor entertaining space, including a grill and bar, and a daybed for sunbathing.

Although Suri is now a teenager and celebrated her 13th birthday on April 18, the home is clearly still kept in pristine condition.

And just 30 minutes down the road, Jamie's home may be Hollywood's most environmentally conscious as these DailyMail.com aerial shots show he has installed a large solar panel on the hillside opposite his mansion, allowing him to make the most of the California sunshine and use that energy to power his home.

He also has other solar panels next to the huge rectangular swimming pool.

The 51-year-old nature lover purchased the Mediterranean-style villa for $10.5million in 2007.

While the 17,000-square-foot property allows him to be close to Los Angeles, it's also far enough from Hollywood for Jamie and his girlfriend to enjoy some privacy.

Of course, Jamie has two children of his own: 25-year-old Corinne and Annalise, nine. While his eldest is now too old to appreciate some of the kid-friendly additions that the actor has made to his home, there's plenty for Annalise and Suri to enjoy.

It appears that Jamie loves entertaining at his lavish mansion as well.

The aerial images reveal that he has a collection of portable heaters stowed away in case he is hosting guests outside.

There are certainly plenty of places for people to relax, with a hot tub, picnic area and shaded seating all seen in Jamie's garden.

Even the actor's beloved dogs get VIP treatment and have their very own purpose-built compound to run around in, complete with little houses and shade sails to shield them from the sun.

The 10-bedroom, 12-bathroom villa also has two guesthouses and ample parking for Jamie's fleet of SUVs. And with all that space, it's no surprise that Katie and Suri are making themselves at home.
