Jeff Bridges just let his California villa go for $15.925 million, which might not seem like a bargain, but in 2015 he had the property listed for sale at $29.5 million.
The 9,535-square-foot home the 67-year-old Oscar winner shared with his wife, Susan Geston, is located in Montecito within Santa Barbara on about 19.5 acres, according to its online listing.
Villa Santa Lucia, as it's called, 'was designed by noted Santa Barbara architect Barry Berkus and was completed in 1988.'
The Wall Street Journal reported the home was initially placed on the market in part because the Bridges' children had grown

Sotheby’s International Realty represented both the buyer and the seller, with Suzanne Perkins acting as the agent, according to the LA Times.
The house is now marked sold on their website, where the final listing price was quoted at $18.5 million before closing at the loser sale price of $15.925 million.
