However, there were two notable absentees from the three-day celebrations in Morocco – the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who are about to become parents for the first time.

They made up for their absence by sending a £7,000 piece of art by the trendy Connor Brothers as a wedding present.

The picture features a 1950s-style romantic book cover of a glamorous woman next to the words: ‘Why fit in when you were born to stand out?’

The Connor Brothers first entered the art scene as Franklyn and Brendan Connor, supposedly elusive Missouri-born twins brought up within an extremist Christian cult.

However, that was later revealed to have been a hoax and instead a pseudonym for British artists James Golding and Mike Snelle.

It seems Harry and Meghan certainly missed out on quite a party. On Friday night, guests were invited to attend a ‘colours of souk’ dinner at the five-star Amanjena resort, just outside Marrakech.

And last night’s bash was set to be even bigger.

Elba and Sabrina, who met on the set of film The Mountain Between Us in 2017, were due to throw a huge ‘all-white’ festival-themed event at the Mandarin Oriental, where rooms cost up to £10,000 a night.

Sabrina was certainly dressed for the occasion. The former Miss Vancouver wore two exquisite dresses by Vera Wang – a Bardot-style gown for the wedding ceremony and a pearl-embroidered number for the reception. Male guests wore black tie.

Her make-up was done by British make-up artist Charlotte Tilbury, while the photos were taken by American celebrity snapper Sean Thomas.

After stunning in her first A-line bardot style gown for the ceremony, Sabrina switched into a pearl embroidered number, while Idris was kitted out in a bespoke Ozwald suit for the swanky reception at the same venue - which has been captured in the first official pictures.

With a 'colours of the Souk' themed dinner on Thursday night, and their extravagant nuptials on Friday, the three-day celebrations are set to continue on Saturday with an all-white party at the Mandarin Oriental.

Sabrina, 29, opted for two exquisite dresses by Vera Wang for her big day - a bardot style gown for the ceremony and a pearl embroidered number for the reception.

However, to see the full wedding album fans will have to buy the July edition of Vogue after editor Edward Enninful cut a deal with the couple to buy the rights to their wedding.

Earlier this year Sabrina held an extravagant hen party in Utah, where she was pictured in a short silk dressing gown alongside nine friends.

The beauty and nine of her close pals headed to the five star Amangiri hotel for a raucous weekend of fine dining, horse riding and boozing.

In February last year, Idris was seen getting down on bended knee to pop the question to Sabrina ahead of a screening of his film Yardie at Rio cinema, Dalston.

The Luther star, who claimed marriage was off the cards just six months before the proposal due to his two divorces, couldn't contain his joy for the special moment as his emotional other half said 'yes'.

Idris met Sabrina in her home country of Canada in 2017, and became acquainted on the set of the drama film The Mountain Between Us.
