'I feel happy, I feel beautiful': Celine Dion says her life 'started over at 50' as she stuns on cover of Elle

Celine Dion is as vibrant and vivacious as ever in her new Elle feature.

The 51-year-old singer models Valentino Haute Couture on a special subscriber cover of the magazine as she talks about life over 50 and her new-found confidence.

The new spokesperson for L’Oréal Paris says the cosmetic giant's 'I'm Worth It' tagline really resonates with her.

She tells Elle: 'Telling other women that they, too, have self-worth, that they are strong, is obviously really important. You cannot limit yourself.

Make a statement like Celine wearing Valentino Couture

Celine Dion is on the June cover of ELLE US magazine and how glamorous does she look?

Stylist Charles Varenne has worked his magic by dressing the singer in a couture dress from Valentino’s SS19 collection. We always expect the best cover from glossy magazines, but this has got to be on our all-time favorites list.

The satin maxi dress is delicately embellished with a contrasting floral pattern, while all the drama is created through the gathered ruffle organza around the neckline. Seriously, how do we get our hands on this dress?

Sadly, it’s not available for us mere mortals, but if you want to make a statement like Celine then shop similar styles via the carousel below.

We’ve rounded up the best of the bunch from Little Mistress to our favorite at Needle & Thread, so you can add some A-list touches to your wardrobe no matter your budget.

'My life started over at 50; I feel happy, I feel beautiful. I thought, "I must have done something right for this to be happening."'

Hailed as somewhat of a style icon these days Celine is hesitant to embrace her new status.

'I love fashion a lot, definitely. For me, fashion is art. It's a way of expressing yourself. When I put something on, I play. I don’t take myself seriously. I kind of, like, borrow a character. But to be considered a fashion icon?

'I don't know, I just do one day at a time, do the best I can, feel the way that I want to feel. That's the most important thing.'

With over 3 million followers on Instagram the Canadian megastar could be forgiven for checking up on her likes and comments... but she tells Elle she really doesn't care too much.

'I am like a one-year-old!' she says. 'I'm not saying that I don't care what people think of me, but I've reached a point in my life where I can let myself make my own decisions and choices.

'Now I am discovering myself more and more. I am a woman assuming her own destiny, full of energy and in love with life. It's never too late to start. At 51, I have the sense that I am at my pinnacle!'

The last night of her Las Vegas residency is fast approaching on June 8 marking 16 years since she first opened at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace - which was specifically constructed for Céline’s first Vegas outing, A New Day.

She says the end of Céline is 'bittersweet, because it is a closure. This whole project started as a dream for René and me, but you know what? It’s a book. And in life, there are many books. So maybe we’ll meet again and talk about the next book, I hope?'

Right now the singer, from Quebec, has no plans to relocate, a she explains, 'I'm not even thinking about leaving. I think I can stay as long as I want, if Las Vegas will want me to stay. I'll ask them.'

And while her residency is coming to a close, Celine already has a tour planned this fall. She will also be dropping a new album featuring the single Courage.

Named the Courage World Tour it officially kicks off September 18 in Quebec City, Canada and will make stops in over 50 North American cities.

Celine will headline Barclaycard present British Summer Time in London's Hyde Park on Friday July 5.
