Daphne and her husband, John Jovanovic, are expecting their fourth child together. They are already parents to two daughters, Philomena, five, and Domenica, one, and a son, Jovan, three. Hilaria said she couldn't be more thrilled that her friend has another baby on the way.

'I am super excited about her and her having her next daughter,' she said. 'It's just part of it. You know, if you are going to step into the world of becoming a mom, you have to also realize you are going to get your heart broken a couple of times.

'And this definitely...it was hard, but I think the positive — I always look for the positive — was that it started a conversation of a lot of people being really open and for that, I am grateful, for this little life that came in for a little bit of time to inspire.'

Hilaria had been in the first trimester of her fifth pregnancy when, on April 4, she announced that she was suffering a miscarriage on Instagram.

The news was a huge surprise to fans, as the star had yet to announce that she and husband Alec Baldwin, 61, were expecting again.

She later confirmed that she had lost the baby and shared photos from her D&C, or dilation and curettage, a surgical procedure often performed after a first-trimester miscarriage to remove the contents of the uterus.

The yoga guru explained on the Today show Tuesday that she will likely be open about her next pregnancy after everything she has been through.

'I have to say, I don't think I'll ever hide a pregnancy again. Everybody's different. Everybody wants to experience it differently. But for me, I find it to be so exhausting,' she said.

'So, I think for me now, this really brought it out into the open and for my next pregnancy...'

'She's getting right back on the bandwagon,' Daphne interjected, and Hilaria agreed.

'I am going to get back on the bandwagon,' she said.

Daphne said the 'beauty of the conversation Hilaria sparked' is that people no longer felt like they had to hide their miscarriages or feel ashamed of them.

Jenna recently opened up about experiencing an ectopic pregnancy, which occurs when a fertilized egg implants outside the uterus. She recalled how 'isolating' it felt after she had emergency surgery.

She later went on to welcome her daughters Mila and Poppy, who are six and three, respectively.

Jenna's co-host Meredith Vieira, who is filling in for Hoda Kotb while she is on maternity leave, also suffered from multiple miscarriages when she was trying to start a family nearly 30 years ago.

Daphne said she never felt uncomfortable about being pregnant while Hilaria was suffering such a loss because they were there for each other from the beginning.

'Truly, I never felt any weirdness about the fact that we were going through this together,' she said, 'because at the beginning we thought we were pregnant together and how cool was that?'

While answering some viewers questions, Hilaria also shared how she and her husband, Alec, keep the romance alive while raising four children.

'When Alec and I had a kid — our first kid — he said to me, he said: "I want you to know that you're my wife and you're her mommy, but you're still my girlfriend,"' she recalled.

'We try to spend almost every single night together, even if it's eating cereal at the counter,' she added. 'We try to every single night just focus on each other, put our phones away, laugh, go over the day.'

Hilaria and Alec are parents to four children: Carmen Gabriela, five, Rafael Thomas, three, Leonardo Ángel Charles, two, and Romeo, 11 months.

Alec, 61, opened up about Hilaria's miscarriage on Tuesday, telling People they 'aren't done' having children.

'You worry about your wife. My wife's happiness is my prime concern and she was very upset for a while,' he said. 'We knew pretty quickly it wasn't going well.'

The actor jokingly compared Hilaria to General Motors, saying their children have been coming off the assembly line 'pretty briskly.'

'When this didn't go right, we knew right away because it just wasn't like the other ones,' he explained.

'When your wife tells you she is going to have a baby, and you lock into that idea, there is a kind of a zone you enter. When they tell you it's not going to work out...It was sad. It did break my heart a little bit.

'We aren't done,' he added.

Meanwhile, Hilaria is continuing to speak candidly about her life after suffering a miscarriage, and she recently posted the first sonogram of the baby she lost along with a message about how she is coping.

She wrote: 'Since so many of you have been asking, I want to tell you that I am doing well. It has been 2 weeks since the d&c and I am physically starting to feel like myself again.

'Emotionally I am ok too...when we choose to become parents, we take a big risk with our hearts. Never do we love so intensely — and this is scary, but so worth it.

'This time, when I opened my heart up to another baby, he or she didn’t stay very long. But I love this little soul deeply and wholly. We all have a purpose in life, and I believe my little one left positivity in its short life.

'I felt a deep provocation to share what was going on and, in being so open, some great conversations emerged. Creating a positive from a negative, this little flicker of life left it’s mark.

'This is an issue that so many suffer with in silence...because those are the rules we follow.

'As I have said to so many: this experience wasn’t just about me and my journey, it is about anyone, perhaps you, or someone you know, who has suffered from a loss. It is about continuing a conversation, knowing we need not have shame or fear...so that we can heal...and those who will unfortunately follow will have a community to turn to.

'I came forward to share and create a spark...please help me turn this spark into a lasting flame,' she wrote.

She finished by explaining the short video she posted was of 'the first sonogram of the baby I lost...before we could see and hear the heart.'

'I don’t have a video of the heartbeat we witnessed a few times before it stopped,' she added. 'I want to share this because I feel like this little soul was mighty in the wave it provoked.'
