And on Tuesday the 46-year-old Oscar winning actress did just that as she invited her fans into her latest holiday to Tennessee which included a very difficult workout.

And the actress insisted she had 'no idea' the MCU would go on for as long as it has.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight at the premiere she said: 'It's pretty cool, you know?
'I think when we did [the first] Iron Man, Marvel had no idea what it would be, and this level of success it would have, and all the other movies that would come out of it, so it's pretty cool.
'I mean yeah, we kind of feel like the parents or grandparents at this point, but it's pretty awesome.'
