Stepping out in the California sunshine, the music mogul, 59, enjoyed a lengthy chat with the brunette beauty, 41, as he carted along their adorable son in a shopping trolley.

Simon's low-key outing with Lauren and his son comes as he revealed that his biggest fear was that Eric would be bullied at school.
Speaking to Weekend magazine, he said: 'Him being bullied is what I dread most.
'There are two things that worry me about him growing up. One is stress. Children are under so much stress – with homework, pressure. I really don’t want that for him.

'The second thing is bullying. It terrifies me. If there’s even a whiff of it... I don’t think I could handle it.'
However, he explained how the tot was 'loving primary school', adding: 'He likes school, which is surprising because I never did. He says he likes learning.'
Simon and Lauren went public with their romance in 2013 and welcomed their son Eric in 2014.
