Halsey put on a red hot performance at the Billboard Music Awards on Wednesday night.

The 24-year-old took the stage for her first appearance of the night to perform her hit single Without Me.

Powerful, provocative, scintillating, she was the was the talk of the Las Vegas Strip after her artful display. 

Stunning: Dressed in a one-shoulder red leotard, she took the audience's breath away at the Billboard Music Awards on Wednesday night as she performed alongside professional dancer Jade Chynoweth (left)

Halsey was fearless as she contorted her body, knees-bloodied, pressing close to her grey-clad dance partner.

Her red garment left her tattooed legs free to bend and strike in all directions, and showcased her toned and pert derriere.

The Bad at Love singer's dark tresses were styled in an 'edgy and effortless' style for the evening by celebrity hairstylist Florido Basallo for Matrix. The haircare expert used an array of Matrix products to create the sleek and textured look, revealing that he began with the Total Results Miracle Creator for 'added moisture and shine', before moving on to the Style Link Smooth Setter Smoothing Cream 'to achieve long lasting, frizz-free smoothness'.

Last but not least, 'finish with Matrix Style Link Style Fixer Finishing Hairspray to lock in the look,' he revealed. 

The dance between lovers in a seemingly toxic relationship immediately garnered applause, and even true a tear from BTS, who she would perform with later in the night.

Unlike the male co-lead music video for Without Me, Halsey opted to have female dancer Jade Chynoweth play her love interest in her performance at the Billboards.

While not a surprise from the singer who has been open about her bisexuality for years, it still managed to catch audience members off guard. 

Halsey also went shoeless adding event more intimacy to what may end up being her second most discussed song of the night.

Later in the night, Halsey was set to perform Boy With Luv with BTS live for the first time.

The Hopeless Fountain Kingdom creator was nominated for two awards at the Billboard Music Awards.

She found herself up against Ariana Grande, Cardi B, Ella Mai, and Taylor Swift in the Top Female Artist category.

Her track Without Me was also nominated for Top Selling Song, along with Cardi B's I Like It, Drake's In my Feelings, Lady Gaga's Shallow, and Maroon 5's Girls Like You.

Later, Halsey joined BTS for a performance of their new collaboration Boy With Luv.

The seven-member South Korean boy band came out in suits and the crowd immediately lost their minds, screaming in excitement.

Halsey joined in a beige suit of her own and flaunted her cleavage in a white sports bra as she danced among the group.

It was the performance that seemingly everyone was waiting to see, as a number of the night's biggest stars made sure to take selfies with the septet.

Terry Crews and Khalid both took photos around the stage with the K-pop sensations. 

BTS won both awards they were nominated for over the course of the night, taking home Top Duo/Group as well as Top Social Artist.
