Chrissy Teigen keeps composure as anti-fur protester calls her a 'heartless human being'
Chrissy Teigen kept her composure Tuesday as a fur protester called her a 'heartless murderer' and a 'heartless human being.'
The star, 33, was pelted with insults as she made her way into the 36th annual City Harvest Gala at New York City's Cipriani Grand Central.
Anti-fur protesters milled outside of the high-profile Gotham gathering, and one - activist Rob Banks, according to the outlet - got the attention of the mom-of-two with a loud rant aimed at her past outings in fur (she was not wearing fur to Tuesday's event).

'Shame on you Chrissy, why do you hate animals so much? Why do you hate animals? You heartless, ugly jerk!' the protester yelled at the model, who did not acknowledge the taunts.
The gala was also attended by notable names such as rap icon Nas and actors Richard Gere and Darren Criss.
Teigen, who's mother to daughter Luna, three, and son Miles, who celebrates his first birthday next month, with husband John Legend, has not been shy about wearing fur in the past, as she's been photographed in it on many occasions.
