Nicole Kidman has recalled how Hugh Jackman and his wife Deborra-lee Furness helped her to 'heal' after her divorce from Tom Cruise in 2001.
The Hollywood actress, who had just filmed her Oscar-winning performance in The Hours, turned to the couple for support when Tom filed for divorce after 10 years of marriage citing 'irreconcilable differences'.
'When I got divorced, Hugh and Deb were so much a part of my healing,' the 51-year-old revealed in a candid interview with this month's Australian Women's Weekly.

Like Nicole, Hugh and Deborra-lee were among a small group of budding Australian actors living in Hollywood in the 1980s.
Deborra-lee, 63, was the first to meet Nicole when she was 'couch surfing' in Los Angeles as a teenager before being cast in Days of Thunder, where she met Tom.

'I do remember Tom Cruise ringing the house when she landed the role [in Days of Thunder]. Nic was always very cool and took it all in her stride,' Deborra-lee said.
After splitting with Tom, 56, Nicole went on to meet her second husband, Keith Urban, 51. The couple will celebrate their 13th wedding anniversary next month.
They share two daughters: Sunday Rose, 10, and Faith Margaret, eight.

Nicole also shares two adopted children, Isabella, 26, and Connor, 24, with Tom, but it's understood they don't have a close relationship.
Nicole previously told Marie Claire magazine she doesn't want any more children.
'I wish I wasn't but, yes, I'm done with babies,' she said in 2016.
'But it's a great time for us as a family because we've got these two glorious children who are five and seven and such a joy to be around!'
