The America's Got Talent judge took to the stage during the ceremony, presenting the award for Top Country Song to Bebe Rexha & Florida Georgia Line for Meant To Be.
Julianne recently opened up about her struggle with Endometriosis, which she was diagnosed with in 2008 and now acts as an advocate for the community to boost awareness of the condition.

According to the NHS, Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the womb starts to grow in other places, such as the ovaries and Fallopian tubes.
Endometriosis can affect women of any age, but it's most common in women in their 30s and 40s.
Julianne previously told SELF magazine: 'Knowledge is power. Honestly, in the last couple years, I’ve seen how many people really don’t know anything about endometriosis. I didn’t have any knowledge about the disease until I got it.

'Instead of "Ugh, I wish I didn’t have this, and I’m in so much pain," [I say], "OK, what can I do to have a better life?"
'Or, talking about painful sex, I ask, "What else can I do to have a great sex life?" Maybe it can be through [other kinds of] intimacy. So, it’s helped me explore more of what’s possible versus being limited by it. It’s actually given me more of a scope of what is out there.'
Julianne married NHL player Brooks Laich in July 2017 after four years of dating.
