This isn't Miley Cyrus' first Met Gala, but based on her excitement one would think it is.

The singer has been prepping for the star studded event held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City all day and her most recent picture will leave fans seeing stars.

The 26-year-old shared a topless photo of herself to Instagram on Monday, showing off her new bangs and hot body leading up to fashion's biggest night.

Almost completely nude, Miley looked sexily into the camera as she sat on her hotel bed.

The blonde clutched her bare breasts in her hands as she wore only sheer black polka dot tights on bottom.

Outside of her curvaceous assets, Cyrus also flaunted her brand new haircut, which she'd gotten only hours before.

With a row of perfectly trimmed bangs now lining her forehead, the wife of Liam Hemsworth, 29, looked one step closer to being ready for the party.

And, her preparations started early.

Starting on Sunday night, Miley held nothing back in her numerous Instagram stories about the fashionable soiree.

Kicking things off, the singer posted mirror selfies with her man, captioning them with this year's Met theme: Camp.

Wearing her hair in a messy ponytail and donning a rocker t-shirt, the singer looked sleepy as Liam smiled behind her.

 Another pictured the beauty on her way to a workout as she captioned it writing, 'Morning met workout,' with a flexed muscle emoji next to it.

Cyrus flaunted her tiny waist in the picture as she wore numerous gold chains with one featuring a tiny marijuana leaf.  

Then, she revealed her new haircut, getting her mane tamed for the party.

Kendall Jenner, 23, celebrated the return of the gala with old pictures from previous Mets. 

In one, she looked sexy in an off shoulder white jumpsuit with her long brown hair slicked back into a low ponytail.

And in another, she showed a picture of friends and family, including Kylie Jenner, 21, posing in their best looks.

She also enjoyed a relaxing breakfast, fueling up for the event.
