It's the second of 2019's live-action remakes from Disney - in a year that sees Dumbo, The Lion King, Lady And The Tramp and Aladdin brought to life.

And stars Will Smith, Guy Ritchie, Naomi Scott and Mena Massoud appeared in good spirits as they attended an Aladdin photocall and press conference at the Rosewood Hotel in London on Friday.

Massoud, 27, takes on the titular role of the poverty-stricken 'street rat' who happens upon a magic lamp, conjures up a genie, Smith, 50, and wins the heart of Princess Jasmine, Scott, 26 - Guy, 50, was also in attendance, having directed the film.

Will and Guy appeared in very good spirits as they shared a joked on the purple carpet, laughing at each other. 

The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star, 50, cut a casual figure in black tracksuit bottoms, a white patterned jumper and brown trainers.

Guy looked dapper in beige chinos with a blue shirt and a dark khaki green jacket, he finished his look with green trainers.

Naomi looked effortlessly chic in a bold blue coloured trouser suit with an oversized blazer and cropped flared pants.

She teamed the ensemble with a matching coloured silk shirt and silver sparkly platform heeled sandals.

Naomi styled her brunette locks into a sleek and glossy blow-dried hairdo, she added a slick of glamorous make-up.

Meanwhile, Mena looked stylish in navy chinos, a light blue top and a gingham patterned jacket.

The photocall and press conference comes after the London European premiere at Leicester Square's Odeon Luxe on Thursday evening.

Disney's Aladdin hits UK cinemas on May 22, and US theatres on May 24.
