But Lottie Tomlinson put a brave face as she attended the launch of pal Lottie Moss' collection with PacSun at London's Selfridges department store on Thursday evening.
The make-up artist, 20, highlighted her enviable frame as she slipped into a thigh-skimming blue dress, embellished with white polka dot patterns throughout.

Nailing the biker look, the social media sensation complemented her ensemble with an oversized leather jacket, tied in with pointed thigh-high boots.
The blonde beauty mixed glamour with the minimalism trend as she teamed her tiny black handbag with huge hooped earrings.
With her lightly-dyed tresses swept away from her face and into a ponytail, Lottie opted for a full face of dewy make-up.

The younger sister of One Direction's Louis Tomlinson recently returned to Instagram following the passing of her sister Félicité, who died of a suspected heart attack in March, aged just 18.
Alongside several throwback snaps of the pair, Lottie posted a tribute to her sibling, which read: 'My Fizzy, my baby sister, my best friend. I’m incomplete without you, I’m empty.
'I can’t picture my life without you. I wish we could have lived life together for a little longer. Mama needed you and you needed her, you’re finally together again. I love you always, Dotty x'

Félicité, a fashion designer and Instagram star who had almost 1.3million followers, had a tattoo celebrating her siblings - Louis, Lottie, Phoebe, Daisy, Doris, Ernest – inked on her arm in January.
She had reportedly turned into a diet and exercise-driven introvert and shut out her friends following her mother's death.
Friends of the 18-year-old, who was known fondly as Fizzy, said that she had been struggling since her mother Johannah Deakin died of Leukaemia two years ago and had turned from a 'happy, confident and bubbly' girl into a fitness-obsessive.
The death of Félicité is being treated as 'unexplained' at this stage but a full post-mortem examination will take place and toxicology tests will be carried out in due course, according to police.
