Leave it to 90210 actress Shenae Grimes to point out the obvious.
The 29-year-old posted a relatively unflattering photo of herself after giving birth next to the glowing 37-year-old Dutchess of Sussex with the caption 'Meghan Markle after birth. Me after birth #twinning.'

Grimes welcomed her son Bowie into the world with her husband Josh Beech, 32, in September of last year.
