Rumors of a Lovato-Braun collaboration started swirling last week, when the Braun posted a tweet that simply read, 'Demi.'

The 37-year-old New York City native has been a major force in the industry not long after he launched his company SB Projects in 2007.

He has been credited with discovering and signing Justin Bieber to RBMG, a joint venture between Braun and R & B singer Usher that specializing in music production and promotion.

Along with superstars Bieber, Grande and West, Braun's roster of clients includes Carley Rae, Hilary Duff, Dan + Shay, Zac Brown Band and Tori Kelly.

Lovato split from her longtime manager Phil McIntyre of PhillyMack last year.

She has released six studio albums since her smash debut, Don't Forget, in 2008.

For the most part, the 26-year-old's career has taken a back seat since she overdosed on drugs at her home in Los Angeles 10 months ago.

She celebrated her six months of sobriety January 25; that means she will hit the one year mark in late July, if all things continue on the straight and narrow.
