The grisly find was made on March 15 by businesswoman Lilian Argueta from the town of Margate. When she opened the old freezer that had been brought there for scrap she was horrified to find the corpse of Heather Lacey, a mother of two who was 29 at the time of her disappearance. 'I thought it was a witch, or a mannequin,' she told the Sun-Sentinel newspaper. 'I thought, 'It can't be a person.' But there was a bad odor.' The family of Immesberger allege in the complaint that the employee was over-served after he got off work to the point of 'severe intoxication' before fatally crashing his vehicle while attempting to drive himself home on December 10. The lawsuit states Woods 'was directly responsible for ensuring that his employees and management ... were not over serving its employees and customers' and that Woods 'reasonably should have known' of Immesberger's tendency to over-consume alcohol as a 'habitual drunkard.' The lawsuit filed by attorneys Craig Goldenfarb and Spencer Kuvin seeks medical and funeral expenses as well as other 'appropriate damages.' Dog tired! Driver struggles to move mutt lying in the middle of the road 

The brown Aspin named Aofsie was basking in the midday sun when a car approached in Hat Yai city, southern Thailand on Sunday. Even when the passenger leans out the window to shout at the dog to move she remained lying where she is. In fact other than looking up when the car first approaches before swiftly resting her head back on the concrete the dog makes it clear she will not be disturbed. The passenger is forced to get out of the car to try to get the dog to move but stopped when Bas Ronnapoom, an officer at the foundation, came out to poke the her with his foot. CCTV footage shows how the brown pooch starts wagging her tail to greet the man. She is eventually moved by Bas' colleague.

No matter how many times the chick hops over towards him, the toy is always kicked over or thrown across the floor. Owner Jonathan Jensen says the lionhead bunny thinks he is a 'ferocious lion'.
