Hayden Panettiere has been spotted holding hands with boyfriend Brian Hickerson only weeks after his domestic violence arrest.
In pictures obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com, the 29-year-old actress and her 30-year-old boyfriend of less than a year grabbed takeaway coffees in Los Angeles before heading to their car.
The outing comes on the same day RadarOnline revealed police attended the couple's home only weeks before the domestic violence arrest to investigate a 'hit and run'.

The crash happened on March 31, when Hickerson 'lost control and crashed into three cars and a neighbor’s gate,' an onlooker told the gossip site.
An unidentified woman 'immediately exited Hickerson’s car and fled the scene' reported RadarOnline, who also suggested the woman was a passenger and that Hickerson himself was the driver.
A source claimed Brian was 'intoxicated' and 'kept saying "I’ll buy you 12 cars! Don’t call the cops!"'
Police attended the scene at 2:54am, but could not reach Hickerson.
According to the site's sources, 'the damages have been repaired, and no charges were ever filed'.

Earlier this month, Brian was arrested on domestic violence charges against Hayden, following calls to 911 concerning an altercation between the couple.
RadarOnline reported that the person who called 911 around 1:30 a.m. on May 2 told the dispatcher that their neighbors were 'in both physical and verbal argument' and that someone was heard 'yelling 'Ouch'.'
According to insiders who spoke to TMZ, the domestic violence incident happened after Panettiere, 29, and Hickerson, 30, got home following a night of drinking in Hollywood and got into a blow-up fight.

Police arrived at the residence around 2 a.m. last Friday and found 'redness and marks' on the actress' body.
After determining that an altercation had taken place, officers took Hickerson, an aspiring actor, into custody.
He was booked for felony domestic violence and released on $50,000 bond.
Once news of the arrest broke, Panettiere's mother Lesley Vogel told RadarOnline that she was 'in shock' over what had happened.
'I knew he had an incident with his father and he has a tendency to do that [physical violence]. Never had I thought it would be against Hayden or I would have addressed it sooner. I have addressed many things,' Vogel said.

Hickerson was involved in a domestic dispute with his father David last fall during which Panettiere was present.
According to police reports, law enforcement was greeted by an apparently 'drunk and frantic' Panettiere when they responded to a call for assault and battery at a private residence in South Carolina this past October.
The incident intensified Panettiere's family and friends' concern for the star, who were reportedly already concerned about the dynamic between her and Hickerson.
Back in November a source told Us Weekly that the the couple 'party a lot together and it's not a healthy situation, but none of the people close to her really know what to do. She doesn't listen to anyone.'

Panettiere and Hickerson have been dating since last summer, shortly after her split from former boxer Wladimir Klitschko.
After the breakup, Klitschko returned to his native Ukraine, where he is raising the couple's four-year-old daughter Kaya.
Panettiere revealed in 2017 that she had checked into rehab suffering from postpartum depression following the birth of her daughter.
She has also been taking a break from acting following the finale of Nashville, which wrapped up in 2018.
