Tommy Robinson will face new contempt proceedings, High Court judges rule 

Hundreds gathered outside the Old Bailey in London today as it was revealed Tommy Robinson (left and right today) would face fresh contempt of court proceedings for filming outside Leeds Crown Court in 2018. The former English Defence League leader, 36, was jailed for 13 months in May last year over the allegation. But a contempt finding made against Robinson was quashed by the Court of Appeal in August and he was freed from prison after serving two months of his sentence. But earlier this month Attorney General Geoffrey Cox QC said it was in the public interest to bring fresh proceedings. And after a first hearing today it was decided that Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, will definitely face fresh proceedings. Robinson's footage, lasting around an hour and a half, was watched 250,000 times within hours of being posted on Facebook. It was filmed during one of a series of trials of a Huddersfield grooming gang, which was covered by strict reporting restrictions banning publication of any details until the end of the final one in September last year.

Lovell was jailed for two-and-a-half years in 2013 over the attack, which left R-Jay with a series of medical issues including cerebral palsy and daily seizures. He then developed pneumonia in January 2016 and died in hospital. Medical experts said the shaking 'likely' contributed to his death but said they could not be certain, leading to a verdict of natural causes at his inquest. Jurors heard there was a 'significant' delay in contacting the emergency services after Tyler was smothered and collapsed in the early hours. He was rushed to hospital but died shortly after 4am. Morgan and Cole were also found guilty of child cruelty but were cleared of charges of murder and manslaughter after a trial at Stafford Crown Court.

Starr (pictured left with dancing group Hot Gossip before a show in London in 1981) lost the damages claim against his accuser in the High Court in 2015 that cost him a rumoured £1 million before fleeing to Spain where he spent the remainder of his years. His sister Brenda Hughes said: 'Freddie telephoned me after the case ended. I think it had a big impact on him both mentally and physically. He felt devastated and I don't think he ever properly recovered.'

An Indonesian tourist has been arrested at an Australian airport after border force officers allegedly found child pornography on his mobile phone. The 30-year-old man was stopped by Australian Border Force officers at Perth International Airport for a baggage check on his way to Denpasar, Bali, on Sunday. Officers searched his phone at the time and came across three videos allegedly showing the sexual abuse of children.

The victim, who identified himself as Nicolás, had just exited his brother-in-law's home in Buenos Aires, Argentina, last week, when he was approached by the trio thugs.
