Leighton's appearance follows her recent interview with SHAPE magazine whre she revealed her new love for surfing.
'Last year, I took up personal training. My husband also taught me how to surf, and in the last year, I got really into it,' the beauty said.
Meester has been married to actor Adam Brody since 2014.
They share three-year-old Arlo together.

The mother-of-one also dished on her diet, revealing she doesn't deprive herself, but likes to stick to sensible portion sizes.
'I usually eat a ration of 60:40 or 70:30 of healthy foods versus whatever I want,' she said. 'If I have a really nice, fulfilling breakfast and lunch, then for dinner, all bets are off.'
Leighton said she likes to have smoothies in the morning, with lots of kale, spinach and collard greens and keeps the ingredients in resealable bags in the freezer.
