She told The Sun's Fabulous magazine: 'I practically sweat coffee. I never used to drink it, but since having two children I probably have around eight cups a day.

'Most of my time is spent trying to exhaust the kids by taking them for bike rides in the park, baking cakes or swimming so I need the energy boost to keep me going.'

The mother-of-two said bedtime could be chaotic because the children often wake up within an hour of going to sleep.

She told the publication: 'Even when they are finally asleep they are the worst sleepers, and will probably be awake within an hour.'
